The above fee schedule is based on studio private 1/2 lessons in Classical Guitar, Fingerstyle Guitar and Flamenco Guitar. If you require a quote on a custom time schedule, please email us at lessons@davidhoward.ca and request a custom rate schedule.

Registration Instructions For Music Lessons Fall 2010 / Spring 2011

1.) Each semester is broken up into 2 sections. "Fall 2011" (Sept-Dec 2010), "Spring 2012" (Jan-June 2011). Four (4) post dated cheque payments in advance are required for the September 2011 Semester. The week of December 5-9, 2011 (Spring Semester 2012 Registration), 6 post dated cheque payments are required to book the Spring Semester 2011. If paying by cheque, please post date each cheque to the first of each month. (September, October, November etc.)

Your satisfaction fully guaranteed*. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied your lessons with David Howard’s Music Studio, a refund of all unused lesson monies will be issued via cheque within 3 business days.

2.) For each student there is a registration fee of $20.00 that has been added to the September 2011 cheque and is per student.

3.) Please make cheques out to “David Howard”. A lump sum payment can be made for those that wish to avoid the complications of post dating cheques.

4.) Please download the “Client Service Agreement ”, printout (two copies), sign and return one copy with payment to David Howard's Music Studio. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me at 905.895.1934 or lessons@davidhoward.ca

5.) How to follow the above fee schedule chart. If, for instance, your weekly lessons falls on a Monday, your September 1, 2011 cheque would be for the amount $111.50 and your October cheque $122.00 etc.
